MnL Studio ("we", "us", or "our") develops and publishes mobile applications and games (the "Apps") for iOS and Android. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you use our Apps, how it is used, and the choices you have. By using our Apps, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

We do not require you to create an account or provide personal information such as your name or email address to use our Apps. However, some information is collected automatically through the third-party services integrated into our Apps:

• Device information — device model, operating system version, language, and region.
• Identifiers — advertising identifiers (such as Apple's IDFA or Google's Advertising ID) and app instance identifiers.
• Usage data — how you interact with the App, such as screens viewed, features used, and session length.
• Crash and performance data — crash logs and diagnostics that help us fix bugs and improve stability.
• Purchase information — records of in-app purchases and subscription status (but never your payment details; see Section 4).

2. Firebase Services

Our Apps use Google Firebase, a development platform provided by Google, including services such as Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. These services collect device identifiers, usage data, and crash reports to help us understand how our Apps are used and to improve their quality and stability. 3. Advertising (Google AdMob)

Our Apps display advertisements served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use your device's advertising identifier and other information to show ads, measure ad performance, and — where you have consented — personalize the ads you see. You can opt out of personalized advertising at any time:

• iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking (disable "Allow Apps to Request to Track"), and Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising.
• Android: Settings → Google → Ads → "Delete advertising ID" or "Opt out of Ads Personalization".

4. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Some of our Apps offer in-app purchases and auto-renewable subscriptions (for example, to unlock premium features or remove ads). All payments are processed entirely by Apple's App Store or Google Play Billing. We never receive, see, or store your credit card number or other payment details. We may receive anonymized transaction records (such as a purchase token and product identifier) solely to deliver the content or feature you purchased and to validate subscription status.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple and Google according to their respective policies.

5. How We Use Information

• To provide, maintain, and improve our Apps;
• To fix crashes, diagnose problems, and optimize performance;
• To understand how our Apps are used so we can make them better;
• To display advertising that supports our free Apps;
• To deliver purchases and manage subscription entitlements.

6. How We Share Information

We do not rent or sell your personal information. We only share information in the following circumstances:

• Service providers — with the third-party services described in this policy (Firebase, AdMob, Apple, Google), which process data on our behalf or as independent providers under their own privacy policies, solely to operate, analyze, and monetize our Apps;
• Agents and contractors — with vendors who perform tasks on our behalf (such as hosting or customer support), bound to use the data only to provide those services to us;
• Business transfers — if MnL Studio is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction;
• Legal requirements — if required to do so by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of MnL Studio, our users, or the public;
• With your consent — for any other purpose disclosed to you at the time we collect the information, with your consent.

7. Third-Party Services and Links

Our Apps use the following third-party services, each governed by its own privacy policy:

• Google Firebase (analytics, crash reporting, infrastructure)
• Google AdMob (advertising)
• Apple App Store (distribution, payments)
• Google Play Services (distribution, payments)

Our Apps or this website may also contain links to other third-party websites or services not operated by us. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third-party sites, and we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. A link to a third-party site does not imply our endorsement of it. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any site you visit.

8. Children's Privacy

Our Apps are not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Where our games may appeal to a general audience including children, we configure advertising to comply with applicable children's privacy rules. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

9. Data Retention and Security

Analytics and crash data are retained by the third-party services described above for the periods stated in their policies. We take reasonable technical measures to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

10. Your Rights and Choices

Because our Apps don't use accounts or profiles, most of the information described in this policy is tied to your device rather than to you personally. Where applicable, you can:

• Opt out of personalized ads (see Section 3);
• Reset or delete your advertising identifier in your device settings;
• View or update in-app preferences and settings directly within the App;
• Review or manage your purchase and subscription history in your App Store or Google Play account;
• Request access to, correction of, or deletion of data associated with your device by contacting us at mnl.apps.26@gmail.com;
• Depending on your region (e.g., EU/EEA under GDPR, California under CCPA), you may have additional rights such as data access, correction, deletion, and portability.

11. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy, and any dispute arising from it or from your use of our Apps, is governed by our Terms of Use, including its governing law and dispute resolution provisions.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our Apps after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
